I'd say Dickinson... I think Tate is underrated though.

in my opinion geoff tate is very underrated, is a mix between dickinson (singing style) and halford( shades), very original. Kiske is a copy of tate

Tate is an incredible singer as far as pure technique goes but I don't dig his sound much personally.

tate is annoying sometimes, same case with halford. Personally i can't listen songs like electric eye or painkiller
