Pretty standard lower tenor range. Of course, Justin Hawkins is best known for his falsetto stuff.

Seriously though, Hawkins has some EXTREMELY tricky stuff register-wise. I'm starting to think that he is actually standard tenor, considering how light his voice is.

"Get Your Hands Offa My Woman," the first scream he does at the beginning, sounds like it starts full but goes connected all the way up :S
