"Grace" doesn't sound full to me but "So Real" does. He definitely has a legit F2, and when I pitched the A1 originally I was thinking it had to be fry, realistically, but... it just doesn't sound that fryish or growly to me at all.

Re: Jeff Buckley
"Grace" has always sounded full to me for some reason, it is 'thin and whiny' that high but it has that fullness which I'm hearing as full voice...
I know what you mean about that note, insane... It needs to be checked properly later. Let's wait for Danerage to hop into discussion too!
Also, suggest me other notes which I'm missing!

Re: Jeff Buckley
When I heard the that A1 I assumed it was fry because the lowest I'd heard him sing at the time were those really forced G2s in the live Dream Brother... I remember at the time commenting on that video about how full they sound, despite not believing it. So Real gets up to F#5, too! I don't hear the Grace E5 as that different from the So Real one, but it is pretty soft... I could go either way on that, but I'm still leaning towards full a bit...

Re: Jeff Buckley
Listen to the power of his F#5s, he is perfectly capable of going up to at least G5 judging by all those highs. He seemed to have really head voice-like and feminine approach to high notes, listen how clean his F#5 in "So Real" is. His live notes are even more feminine but most of them sound really full and powerful too...

Re: Jeff Buckley
A1-G5 from a Tenor would be ridiculous! We need to reach a verdict on that note.
C#5 in Witches' Rave, btw.

Check out that vocal range-video I posted up there. I don't think that A5 is full (not sure at all) but the G#5s actually sound full, call me crazy or not.

I could believe that... That Night Flight note is great! The only thing about that A5 that sounds full is the audible strain at one point, never heard that happen on any other note by him, even higher pitched ones. Perhaps he'd been smoking or was just having an off night vocally... I don't think it's full.

A1? For real? And so if it's legit....Jeff's range is A1-G#5(A5), really? One note short of 4 octaves?
I think you meant A2

It's an A1 for sure, I looked for the video it was in and I can't find it, but I think Timitzii has it saved.

Re: Jeff Buckley
But honestly mates, we really should find the Register of that A1. If it's full (Maxim leanings towards it..), we might have another 4 Octave Wonder on our hands...A1-G#5 is painfully close.
