I've always wondered about songspoken notes myself, because I know I can speak extremely low without fry, but the lowest I can sing in a melody line is like C2. Whatever the reason is for that, I have no idea.

If they are full, yes. I do think they are, just not 100% sure..

Definitely full. No way could you produce a sound like the Stand in Line G# in falsetto.

Boals notes of that pitch are much more breathy, have no brassiness, no strain. Bonnet's Stand in Line G# is very audibly connected and very chesty, something like Cornell's G in Reach Down.

No comparing Boals and Bonnet's high registers really. Boals uses falsetto on the top notes to avoid strain, Bonnet just pushes his voice really hard and forces them out.

I still think Boals is able to go up to G5. His F5 was quite clean and all, he would probably be a bit strained but definitely able to go up there!

I'm guessing Kotipelto's Bb5 in 'Tomorrow' isn't really full, then? :S

Summa summarum, what are the highest and lowest notes recorded that have been confirmed full? Male and female. So I can edit them on the first post.

Well, the Bb5 by Geddy Lee seems to be the highest one I know though I'm stil unsure about the insane note by Chang Yu-Sheng... Shocked

Chang Yu-Sheng's Bb5 is full, Geddy's is a LOT less convicing.

Harry "The Tyrant" Conklin's C#6

Both are currently credited as full on The Range Index. I'm not sure about either of those.

But what about these?

Rob's sounds like a whistle note, and Ski's is pretty obvious falsetto. Those two notes credited as full in the index are like that merely because we haven't gone over those singers to determine where their full-voice ends yet.
